It is much pain and anger to return home to find people have not been widely discussed and changed the lock, then empty everything, loved the photos and irreplaceable memories. Then, suddenly not recognized forever = adds to the tension of this situation, a simple control of their own office to see to heal properly. This man is worth $ 100,000 with ease. Chou.

In a scene that turns Southwest Florida’s foreclosure crisis on its head, Collier Sheriff’s deputies delivered the writ to a Davis Boulevard branch of the bank on Friday morning, presenting the bank manager with two options he could either pay the $2,500 in attorneys fees the Nyergeses were awarded in December, or the movers would begin taking furniture and cash.

To bad the sheriff was patient, woulda made good press for videos of the branch manager getting his office cleaned out, even better if they found the crack pipe and oxy-roxy he probably hides in his desk. I guess they thought that if the committed fraud enough times it would become legal, kinda like saying "I did nothing wrong" over and over again. Tip of the iceberg for B.O.A., the tides are a turning on them and the day will come when Bank officials and shareholders will regret the role this corporate giant played in the foreclosure mess.

A perfect example of the arrogance and incompetency of Bank of America and the rest of the Big Banks that are making money despite the fact they have no one in their entire operations able to verify a simple fact such as whether a mortgage has been paid or not or if they even HAVE a mortgage with the homeowner of the property. I only wish the fees were more. KUDOs to Attorney Allen for doing what I WOULD LOVE TO DO.make the banks pay for SOMETHING already!!!.

The case concerns Kritharakis Tiffany, a house in Norwalk, Connecticut, which filed for personal bankruptcy in June 2010.
