The distressed home sales are higher in Polk shows RealtyTrac, said Peter Murphy, President of the Consultative Group Meeting for the home in Tampa. Home meets monthly reports of distressed properties more than 60 percent of home sales in Polk, and Murphy says that many "short sales" in front of a house has officially entered the foreclosure process and therefore therefore not presented in figures RealtyTrac.
