The owners, lawyers and judges in Florida have long sounded the alarm for insufficient or fraudulent documents used to acquire properties of thousands of unsuspecting homeowners in the foreclosure process. Following an investigation in Florida Default Law Group, Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum today announced that his office has launched a new investigation into allegations of unfair and deceptive acts by three law firms handling cases of housing exclusion in the Sunshine State.
